Connaissez-vous le site commercial Fashion shopping? Je me demande s'il est honnête? ayant passé une commande sur ce site, le montant de cette commande a été aussitôt débité, mais ma commande est toujours au stade "en préparation" et ce depuis 15jours. Le commerçant ne répond ni aux appels téléphoniques, ni aux mails
J'ai aussi eu une grosse galère en mars dernier avec ce marchand qui avait semble-t-il des petits problèmes d'organisation...
J'ai fini par tomber sur leur blog où un mec des relations web de fashionshopping a pris mes coordonnées (voir le lien que j'ai rajouté), 1 semaine plus tard, j'ai enfin été remboursé de l'article manquant.
Le mec m'a expliqué que tout était en train de rentrer dans l'ordre, pour moi ça a été le cas en tout cas.
Sinon tu peux aussi leur écrire là : serviceclient@fashionshopping.com ils finissent par répondre.
